Manufacturing estimates can be produced from drawings and cad files along with planned routes with all special processes.
I have experience of many machining processes from 2 axis
lathes through to 8 axis mill turn machines. I also have experience of
sliding head machines, wire fed forging machines, heading machines and
thread rollers.
Layout of production routes from Drg's and specs, including stage inspections and process specific operation sequence.
I have extensive knowledge of Westlands, Rolls Royce and Boeing specifications and material requirements.
Calculation of material usage, costs can be estimated using preferred suppliers if required.
